Graduate AI Apprentice 01 BE / B.Tech in CSE, IT, AI & ML, Data Science & Analytics, HCI & Gaming Technology or related branch from a recognized Statutory University.
Civil Engineering Technician Apprentice 01 Diploma in Civil Engineering from State / Central Govt. Board of Technical Education. BE / B.Tech may also apply as per BOAT guidelines.
Electrical Engineering Technician Apprentice 01 Diploma in Electrical Engineering from State / Central Govt. Board of Technical Education. BE / B.Tech may also apply as per BOAT guidelines.

Selection Process
  • Walk-In Interview (Offline) – Merit Based Selection
  • No TA / DA paid for attending the interview
  • Candidates appeared on 24-02-2026 & 25-02-2026 need NOT appear again
Stipend Details
  • Graduate Apprentice: Rs. 9,000/- per month (Rs. 12,300/- under revision).
  • Technician Apprentice: Rs. 8,000/- per month (Rs. 10,900/- under revision).
  • 50% by BOAT + 50% by IIITN.
How To Attend Walk-In Interview
  • Download the Prescribed Application Form from the official advertisement.
  • Fill the form completely and bring it on the date of Walk-In Interview.
  • Bring all original documents + one set of self-attested photocopies.
  • Carry valid ID proof : Aadhaar / PAN / Voter ID / Driving License / Educational Institute Certificate.
  • SC / ST / OBC / EWS candidates must carry current year Caste / Category Certificate in prescribed format.
  • Report at IIITN Nagpur Permanent Campus by 9:30 AM on 12-03-2026.
  • After selection, register on NATS 2.0 Portal (Student Register) before joining the Institute.
